Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at FrenchKart. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and order processing.

1. Payment & Express Delivery

  • We accept prepaid orders only (via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallets). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • All orders are shipped via Express Delivery to ensure fast dispatch.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, no cancellations are permitted under any circumstances due to our expedited shipping workflow.

3. Return & Refund Conditions

  • Returns Accepted for Defective Products Only: We only accept returns if the product received has a genuine manufacturing defect or damage caused from our side prior to shipment.

  • No Refunds for Standard Returns: Refunds will only be issued if the product is confirmed to be defective from the company's side upon inspection.

  • Change of mind, minor color differences, or incorrect size selection by the customer do not qualify for a return or refund.

4. Return Logistics & Courier Process

  • Customer Responsibility: In the event of an approved return due to a manufacturing defect, the customer must arrange and bear the cost of courier shipping to send the product back to the FrenchKart warehouse.

  • Warehouse Inspection: Once the package is received at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the item. If the manufacturing defect is verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
