Shipping policy

1. Payment Options & Split COD

  • Prepaid Orders: We accept 100% prepaid orders via UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

  • Split COD (Partial COD): Cash on Delivery is available only as a Split Payment. Customers must pay a fixed advance amount (or percentage) online at checkout to confirm the order, while the remaining balance is collected in cash upon delivery. Full COD without advance payment is not available.

2. Express Delivery & Fulfillment

  • All orders are shipped via Express Delivery to ensure quick delivery (typically 3 to 7 business days).

  • Orders begin processing immediately once the prepaid or split-COD advance payment is confirmed.

3. Cancellations & Returns

  • No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, as express dispatch is initiated immediately.

  • Return Logistics: In case of a manufacturing defect, the customer must courier the product back to the FrenchKart warehouse.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are strictly issued only if a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed by our team upon inspecting the returned product. The advance amount for Split COD orders is non-refundable for non-defect returns or refusal at delivery.
